Summary
As part of my summer internship at the Verizon Consumer Group, I revamped their Portfolio Success Management internal website. This website is the central system used by employees in the Customer Experience Organization, and all projects, starting from ideation to finish are passed through this system. The site is used by teams across the United States and India.
I conducted preliminary research on users' pain points when navigating the site, and created Figma prototypes of a new and improved website. I then implemented these changes using HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

During the redesigning process, the company went through a brand refresh, and so the new design was adapted to reflect Verizon's evolved brand identity.
